Victoria has a depth of management and resource across the business - being a team of highly skilled and trained cleaning professionals. Victoria has a very clear and structured career path, unusual perhaps for an organisation of this type where labour is often viewed as very short term resource.

All supervisors have had first hand on site cleaning experience, so allowing them to add value to a client's contract. With training provided through an IIP structure, supervisors can graduate to site managers, a key resource to successful client communication and contract management. From this position a supervisor may progress to account or contract manager and finally to regional manager.

Where relevant, Victoria 's staff go through a criminal records check. All new members of staff are put through a health assessment via a questionnaire. Once inducted, staff members receive full training including knowledge of Health and Safety issues.
