supervisors have had first hand on site cleaning experience, so allowing
them to add value to a client's contract. With training provided through
an IIP structure, supervisors can graduate to site managers, a key
resource to successful client communication and contract management.
From this position a supervisor may progress to account or contract
manager and finally to regional manager.
