Today, we are a family run, privately owned business, that still upholds the same ethos and customer values of our founder.

Michael Rutherford, Managing Director also takes an active role in the industry, being a main board director of both the CSSA, the leading industry trade body and Asset Skills, the body set up to identify and provide the training resources that the industry requires. His involvement in these associations enables Victoria to maintain a visible and constant role within an industry that has experienced significant consolidation and change.
